Robert started Custom Homes by Robert Wood in 2002 and began fulfilling his dreams of being a home builder. Robert's wife of 29 years, Sonja, enjoys helping clients choose paint color, selecting floor coverings, light fixtures, and much more! Robert and Sonja have two grown daughters, Danielle Sweat and Candice Fuller, and three grandchildren.

Randall Fuller is a Lubbock native. Upon graduating from Coronado High School, he attended Texas Tech University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Randall and his wife, Candice, have been in the homebuilding industry for 4 years, and after 5 years of marriage, they celebrated the birth of their first child this year.
Jerry Vance is a Master Electrician ; he spent the last 36 years honing his craft in the electric and home building business. The past 8 years, Jerry has worked with Robert Wood. Jerry's wife is Dawn Ambrose; his children are Mandy and Adam Westbrook and JoBeth and Matt Vance, and one grandchild, Tatum.
